Cohesion in the team is the key to the success of the entire organization. Of course, in any company there are conflicts and this is normal. People are different and when two opposing points of view collide, discord occurs. We must be able to competently resolve conflict situations and be able to maintain a favorable atmosphere in the team. Formation of the corporate spirit of the company is one of the key moments of effective management.

Where to begin?

If you are the boss and there are people in your subordination, then you are responsible for the corporate culture in the enterprise. First of all, you need to evaluate yourself. What can you give to people? How do you feel about the worker? How do they treat you? All these questions should help you to make an objective assessment of yourself as a leader. It is not easy, but it is necessary. In fact, the work collective is a reflection of the bosses and the face of the company.

If you are a decent, responsible, sympathetic and benevolent person, you will not have much difficulty in establishing a favorable climate in the team. Particular attention should be paid to the following points:

  • compatibility of workers. Every person is a person, a carrier of certain individual qualities. A different temperament, character, way of life leads to the fact that it is difficult for people to find a common language. Therefore, it is important that, for example, in one department people who are similar in their qualities work, or harmoniously complement each other. To solve the bottom problem you will be helped by the psychological portrait of the person. Contact the specialists who are involved in this. They will compile a detailed "portrait" for each employee;
  • informal communication. Be sure to hold corporate evenings, celebrate the birthdays of employees, get out on the nature by the whole team. This is important for the "working people" to have an opportunity to communicate informally with each other and with their superiors. The main rule: do not overdo it with alcohol;

  • support. Every employee is, first of all, a person. Show your example of how to treat each other. Participate in the lives of subordinates, be patient, but fair. Be close, but keep your distance. Be honest, but do not let yourself be superfluous.

Raising and strengthening the corporate spirit of the organization requires the participation of each employee. If this desire is mutual, then you will succeed. If there are people who enjoy the weaving of intrigues, gossip and constant conflicts, then it will not be easy for you. The best way out of this situation is to fire such an employee and wish him luck.
