For mushroom pickers, summer and autumn are a golden time, because in the forests in this period there are a lot of mushrooms. And from them, in turn, you can create a huge number of delicious dishes. Now we will tell you the recipes for cooking ceps with potatoes.
Recipe of ceps with potatoes
- white mushrooms - 450 g;
- potatoes - 1 kg;
- onions - 300 g.
We clean the potato and cook until half cooked. Mushrooms and cut into small pieces. We weed the onion. Mushrooms with onions are fried in vegetable oil almost to the full. Then mix the potatoes, mushrooms, onions, stir and let sit for another 20 minutes. Potatoes, stewed with porcini mushrooms, immediately served to the table.
Potatoes with dried white mushrooms
- potatoes - 1 kg;
- onions - 150 g;
- tomato sauce - 400 g;
- Dried white mushrooms - 300 g;
- refined vegetable oil - 30 ml;
- salt, spices, greens - to taste.
Dried mushrooms put in a bowl, pour in water and leave them to swell for 3 hours, then this water is drained, and mushrooms cook until ready. We throw them into a colander, put them on a frying pan, add chopped onions, tomato sauce and cook for 15 minutes. Potatoes are cut into slices and fried. Transfer the potatoes into a mushroom sauce, season with spices and cook for 20 minutes.
White mushrooms with potatoes, sour cream, garlic
- potatoes - 700 g;
- white mushrooms - 0,5 kg;
- onion - 2 pieces;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- sour cream - 100 g;
- vegetable oil;
- salt, pepper, herbs.
Onions cut into half rings, garlic - small cubes. In the frying pan pour the vegetable oil, heat it, spread the onion, garlic and fry for 3 minutes, then shift it to the plate. Mushrooms are thoroughly washed, cut into small pieces. Spread the mushrooms in a frying pan and fry until all the moisture has evaporated. To taste the salt, mix, cover the frying pan and puff until ready.
We cut potatoes washed and peeled off with straws and fry them on high heat until golden brown. Then add salt, mix again, cover the frying pan with a lid and bring it to half-ready. We connect potatoes, mushrooms, garlic, onions, pepper to taste and gently mix. Top spread the sour cream and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat. How to fry white mushrooms with potatoes?
- potatoes - 500 g;

White mushrooms are cleaned and properly washed. After this, we arbitrarily cut them and put them into boiling water. After boiling, cook for about 15 minutes. Then we throw the mushrooms in a colander and rinse with boiling water. We peel potatoes and shred straw, onion - half rings. And then we prepare white mushrooms with potatoes in one of the following ways.
In a small amount of vegetable refined oil, grind the chopped onions, and then put it on a plate. In the same oil fry mushrooms for about 15 minutes, then we also shift to a plate. Finally, fry the potatoes until they are ready. Add mushrooms, onions to it and cook for another 5 minutes, then salt, season with spices, tarnish with chopped herbs and immediately put on the table.
We pour refined vegetable oil into the frying pan, put the boiled and washed mushrooms in it and fry for 15 minutes, then add the potatoes. When it is almost ready, add the onions and bring the dish to readiness. At the very end, season with salt, spices and turn off the fire.
