Tie up the packet and shake its contents well so that the ingredients mix with each other. At this cooking lightly salted cucumbers in a quick way, leave the package for the whole night, and in the morning take off the sample, after removing the surface of the residue of salt with a napkin.
Crispy light-salted cucumber in a can
- cucumber - 0.7 kg;
- garlic - 4 teeth;
- vodka - 540 ml;
- salt - 25 g;
- sugar - 10 g;
- Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
