Dense plum jam without seeds - recipe in a multivark

- cocoa - 60 g;
- dark chocolate - 55 g;
- sugar vanilla - 10 g;
- food soda - 25 g;
- water - 1 liter.
For the preparation of chocolate jam from the plums we prepare the necessary number of fruits, washing them and ridding them of the bones, after which we soak the billets in a solution of soda. To do this, in one liter of water, dissolve a tablespoon of soda and pour the resulting plum solution for four hours.
After a lapse of time, drain the soda water and rinse the halves with clean running water.
Now we put the washed fruit in the jam container and boil them after boiling for ten minutes, then pour the sugar, stir the jam until all the crystals are dissolved and boil the treat for fifteen minutes. We remove the vessel from the fire and leave the watch blank for fourteen. We repeat the boiling and infusion procedure one more time, after which we again give a boil, pour in the cocoa powder, add chocolate pieces, mix thoroughly and give a boil for another 20 minutes.
