How to prepare a compote of melon with apples and plums for the winter?
- plums - 150 g;
- granulated sugar - 180 g;
- juicy melon - 300 g;
- filtered water - 900 ml;
- apples sweet and sour - 300 g.
We clean the plums, removing the bones. Apples are peeled and seeded. Chop the melon with not too small cubes. Apple peel pour water, boil for 15 minutes, then strain the broth. Add sugar to the hot broth, apples, boil for about 8 minutes, put the plums and let it boil. Remove the compote from the fire, put the melon, pour over the prepared jars and cap.
Compote of melon and watermelon for the winter
- melon pulp - 500 g;
- water - 6 glasses;
- watermelon pulp - 0.5 kg;
- granulated sugar - 190 g.
Pour the sugar into boiling water, stir to make the crystals completely dissolved. Then carefully lay out the slices of melon and watermelon. After boiling, reduce the fire to the minimum, boil a couple of minutes and pour the drink on the cans. We roll them up, put them up on the bottom and wrap them around.
Compote of melon for winter - a simple recipe
- melon ripe - 500 g;
- purified water - 500 ml;
- sand sugar - 120 g.
Ripe melon is peeled from the skin and seeds. We only need juicy pulp. We cut it into slices or cubes, fall asleep with sugar and for a couple of hours we clean it in the cold. There, the product will release juice. We make syrup from water and sugar. The juices that are separated from the melons are mixed with the syrup, boil for 2-3 minutes, then we pour over the steamed jars and roll them.

- grapes - 500 g;
- filtered water - 2.5 liters;
- sand of sugar - 240 g.
Melon carefully washing and cut slices directly with the skin. Thanks to this, the flavor of compote will be more saturated. The grapes are torn from the branches and are also good for mine. We spread the ingredients over the prepared jars. Cook the syrup from sugar and water and boil for about 3 minutes, add lemon. Melon with grapes fill with syrup and roll, then turn over, wrap it well and leave it to cool. This procedure allows you to replace the sterilization, which takes so much time. Keep this compote in a cool place.
Compote of pears and melons for the winter
- pears - 300 g;
- ripe melon - 1 kg;
- purified water - 2 liters;
- sand sugar - 250 g.
Melon is peeled and cut into slices or cubes. Slices are cut into pears. Cook the syrup from sugar and water, cook for 4 minutes. Then in a colander we dip it into a melon for 3 minutes, and then pears. We distribute the blanched ingredients to the cans, fill it with syrup and roll it all with boiled lids. We turn the jars so that they stand on covers, hide and when they completely cool, hide in the cold and store it until winter.
A compote of plum and melon for the winter
- cherry plum - 10 pieces;
- juicy ripe melon - 350 g;
- sugar - ¾ cup;
- grape wine - 40 ml;
- purified water - 700 ml;
- citric acid - pinch.
