Sweet pastry has always been a real decoration of any table. In the shops, of course, there is a wide selection of different sweets, but the dish prepared by own hands turns out much more delicious. Sometimes there are unforeseen situations when the guests come unexpectedly, so we will tell you how to prepare a delicious cherry pie in a hurry and not be trapped.
The recipe for cake with cottage cheese and cherries
For the test:
- butter - 50 g;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- flour - 150 g.
- cottage cheese - 200 g;
- cherry frozen - 200 g;
- sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons.
So, to prepare a quick pie with a cherry, we prepare the dough first. Softened butter butter is ground with sugar. Then we introduce eggs, pour in the flour and mix the dough. We shift it into a form, distribute it along the bottom and sculpt small side walls. Next, we prepare the cream: add the sugar to the cottage cheese and rub it. With defrosted cherries merge carefully all the liquid and gently squeeze the berry with your hands. In the form with the test, we spread the cherry, sprinkle sugar on top and distribute the cream, gently leveling it with a spoon. We send the open pie with cherries in a hot oven and bake for about 50 minutes.
Pie with cherries on sour cream
- egg - 3 pieces;
- sugar - 150 g;
- Vanillin - to taste;
- sour cream - 200 g;
- food soda - 1 teaspoon;
- vinegar dining room - 1 teaspoon;
- flour - 250 g;
- potato starch - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- fresh cherries without pits - 200 g;
- chocolate milk - for decoration.
We light the oven in advance and heat up to 200 degrees. In the cup, break the eggs, add sugar and throw vanillin. We beat everything with a mixer at the highest speed, until the mass begins to turn white. Then we put the sour cream and throw the soda, which is extinguished with vinegar. Next, pour in sifted flour and inject starch. Smooth movements knead a homogeneous dough and pour it into a baking dish, oiled with oil. From the top, lay out the cherry without pits and send the cake to the hot oven for about 35 minutes. When the top and sides of the baking are beautifully browned, carefully take out the cake and leave to cool. Without losing time, melt the milk chocolate on the water bath, breaking it first into small pieces. With the resulting mixture, we grease the top of the cake with a teaspoon if desired and serve a treat to the table.
